Evelyn has designed, developed and facilitated many experiential workshops for leaders and managers, groups and organisations. Evelyn can also work with you to develop those workshops further to meet the specific needs of your group and/or organisation. Working with Groups and Organisations:
A Psychodynamic and Systemic Approach
Working with Groups and Organisations: A Psychodynamic and Systemic Approach is a highly experiential programme. Evelyn has facilitated this programme as a one-year developmental programme. However, it can also be facilitated as a shorter three-day workshop and/or designed and developed specifically to meet the needs of your group or organisation. ​
Owning and Exploring Your Power and Authority
Evelyn has designed and facilitated this programme as a three full day experiential workshop. However, it can be designed and developed further to meet the needs of a specific group or organisation.
Owning and Exploring Your Power and Authority provides an opportunity for leaders, managers, directors, business and executive coaches, organisational consultants, work and organisational psychologists, psychotherapist, educators, health care and allied professionals, to enhance their awareness of their own power and authority. In addition, as participants gain greater awareness of these aspects of themselves, they will gain greater insight as to how to help their employees / clients to explore and own their own power and authority.
Leadership Development: Emotional Intelligence and Working with the
Emotional Aspects of Organisational Life
Evelyn has designed and facilitated many three-day experiential workshops on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. These workshops can also be designed and developed further to meet the needs of a specific group or organisation.
This experiential work provides an opportunity for managers, leaders, human resource and training and development professionals to explore ways of increasing their effectiveness at leading and motivating others. It also appeals to psychologists, psychotherapists, educators and health care professionals who lead and motivate others within their own organisations, or individuals whose client range encompasses managers and leaders, and who wish to gain a greater understanding of the pivotal role of emotional intelligence.
Leadership Development: Developing a Coaching Culture Within the Organisation
Evelyn has designed, developed and facilitated this six-day programme, spread out over six months, on Leadership Development focused on developing a coaching culture within an organisational context. The programme can also be developed further to meet the needs of a specific organisation as part of a broader organisational development initiative to develop a coaching culture within their own organisation.
